1. Data Reletion Rights
At VidiOfficialID ("we", "us"), we value your privacy and your rights to control your personal data. In accordance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA where relevant), and platform policies (such as Facebook/Instagram Platform Terms), you have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you.
2. Types of Data We Delete
Upon valid request, we will permanently remove:
- Your user account and profile information (Name, Email, Phone Number)
- Authentication data (including OAuth connections to Google, Facebook, or Instagram)
- Uploaded content and associated metadata
- Activity logs and usage history linked to your identity
Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for fraud prevention purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
You can initiate the data deletion process through one of the following methods:
Method A: Self-Service
If you still have access to your account:
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Go to Settings or Profile.
- Locate the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the page.
- Follow the prompt to confirm deletion.
Method B: Email Request
You can email our support team directly:

- Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Username/Email]
- Please send the email from the address associated with your account for verification purposes.
4. Processing Time
Self-service deletions are processed immediately. For email requests, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to verify your identity and process the deletion. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully removed.
